Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or services. By accessing our website or placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Film Yours

Film Yours ("Company," "we," "us," "our") provides camcorder rental and video editing services for weddings and events. We are based in Arizona, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place a booking or enter into any agreement with Film Yours. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment information is processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Film Yours does not store your full payment card details.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your booking is the price you will be charged.

4. Package Inclusions

Each package includes the items listed on the applicable package page at the time of booking. Film Yours reserves the right to substitute equivalent equipment of equal or greater value if a listed item is unavailable.

5. Shipping

  • Film Yours ships Equipment to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the Equipment and reverts to Film Yours upon UPS acceptance of the return package with a confirmed drop-off receipt.

6. Video Editing

  • Video editing is included in all Film Yours packages.

  • Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks after footage is received, though this is an estimate and not guaranteed.

  • Film Yours is not responsible for the quality or completeness of footage captured by the Renter or their guests.

  • Edited videos will be delivered digitally via a download link or cloud sharing platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Film Yours services or Equipment to:

  • Capture or distribute illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

  • Resell or sublease rented Equipment to any other party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Film Yours website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Film Yours and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Film Yours provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Film Yours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or Equipment. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant package.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Film Yours and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Equipment or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Film Yours does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party websites.

13. Modifications to Terms

Film Yours reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Film Yours services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
